General FAQs

Here are common questions we get asked on a day to day basis- if you can’t find what you need here, check out one of our help pages for the individual products (coming soon), or don’t hesitate to contact someone in SALES or SUPPORT.

What is the turn around time?

For the SlideShareMax and PhotoProof, normally it takes around 2-3 days, sometimes just one. We always begin production as soon as we have all of your preferences and login information in hand. For the blogs and sites, we work with you over the course of several weeks in order to get you a rockin design and build it for you.

How do I get a discount?

We give group discounts to groups of 6 or larger. Let us know if you have a group and we will get you set up. We also give discounts if you are part of our ‘family’, meaning you’ve already purchased one or more of our products, or if are one of our friends on MySpace.com.

What info do you need from me?

Normally, we need your server info (also known as your ‘FTP Login’) and logo. We may also need design and color preferences depending on what product you purchase.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. All sales are final.

What skills or software do I need?

Our products all have easy-to-use administrative panels with them so you don’t have to be very technically savvy in order to start using our stuff. You should have a basic knowledge of Photoshop in order to create web-ready JPGs. The use of an FTP client (we recommend FireFTP which you can use in your Firefox browser) is necessary in some cases- so if you have this skill it is definitely a plus! If not- we are happy to help you learn!

Does it work IN my existing website?

No. Our products are different from your website. The SlideShare Max and PhotoProof Max, will not play your website, but it does live on your server at your URL.

What kind of server do I need?

For the highest level of compatibility, we suggest a server platform of PHP running under Apache. Due to the highly proprietary nature of ASP, some admin functionality as well as service side re-sampling (for the SlideShare Max) have been disabled.
